Ms. Grossman graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Miami, where she majored in maritime policy and political science. Ms. Grossman later studied saltwater chemistry at Flinders University in Adelaide, Australia.
Ms. Grossman later received her Juris Doctorate with honors from the Ventura College of Law. She is licensed by the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Central and Northern Districts of California.
Ms. Grossman has practiced in the following areas of law: civil litigation, family law, worker’s compensation, and ERISA compliance.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Grossman was an environmental protection specialist in the Office of Compliance and Enforcement at the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Washington, DC. She was later the Financial Manager for National Geographic Magazine.
Ms. Grossman currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District Hearing Board. She was on the Ventura County Bar Association Board from 2020 – 2023 and Editorial Board of Citations from 2020 – 2022.
Ms. Grossman was identified as a Rising Star by SuperLawyers in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.
Ms. Grossman is a military spouse and resides in Ventura County with her family. When she is not working, she is likely hiking local trails with her family and two dogs.
